The Chinese Medical Doctor Association (CMDA) held its first ever Annual General Meeting (AGM) on January ,2015 in Beijing, thirteen years after its initial launch. Zhang Yan Ling, the CMDA’s chairperson delivered an insightful speech regarding the profession today. As well, many other officials also provided thought-provoking reports at the meeting. The AGM was attended by over 350 government officials, publishers, experts and physicians. The meeting was hosted by the Vice-Chairman of CMDA, Dr. Qi.
During the AGM, Dr. Zhang Yan Ling shared his thoughts on planning the event, as well as the purpose of having an AGM. He feels that this was a family-style celebration of the year’s accomplishments. He expresses that future AGM’s should be open to flexibility and communications with other physician associations. He asks for everyone to speak with conscience regarding the topics discussed, as they require serious inspection. Topics such as professional management, domestic experiences with experience-sharing and other sensitive issues that occur within the profession are some examples to what he would like to discuss during the meeting. We should strive to bring more features to the AGM that begs for content for everyone.

His report on the main elements of reform were described in detail , from the purchasing powers of the government to financially support service, support and regulate social organizations for government procurement of services to the community organizations to implement effective tax relief , retired cadres in the social norm team of part-time improve the social orga fine breeding-ground for medical education Guo Yanhong , vice deputy director made ??her report on? ” Safeguarding the Interests of Building a Harmonious Doctor -Patient relationship”. She pointed out in the report? that medical and health services related to the quality of life and health of the people. She believes that the physician should become the consensus of their society, the ultimate goal of safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the physician is to maintain the dignity and safety of patient well-being . The majority of patients give full recognition , trust, understanding and respect to medical staff for their hard work . She thanked the Chinese Medical Association over tanization of democratic institutions , strengthen social organization and financial management policy interpretation. He said the CPC Central Committee and the State Council attached great importance to social organizations, social organizations limitless hopes that seriously implement the central policies of the series . I believe that China’s future social organization environment is a progressively improving social organization .Jin Sheng Guo, Vice Deputy Director made ??a ” Healthcare Reform to Enhance Medical Education Services post-Graduation,” report . He stated that a major breakthrough was achieved in our clinical post-medical graduate personnel training strategies in 2014. He would like the momentum continue to 2015, where more improvements can be made to the way post-graduates from our country’s medical system are prepared . Finally, he stated that to further attach importance of the work done by the Chinese Medical Association , should encourage to allow full play to the advantages of experts while obtaining support from the government. This will surely assist in branding the nation as he years in terms of safeguarding the interests of physicians , the courage to speak out about unfair propositions, which all played an undisputed role in uniting the profession.First CMDA AGM was fully packed and a success. Delegates were preoccupied , carefully recorded , after the exchange and discussion. It was unanimously agreed that this AGM was very inspiring to speakers and audience alike. The meeting created a great opportunities for speakers to address the hot issues of concern in the medical community. It also set guidelines for related associations to clearly set out goals, strategies and prepare for the upcoming year.
